How Navigate a WebSite
When you visit a new Website, the navigation on a site should be built around the already established standards that one might expect. The menu is eiter at the top or left side or right side. Just like when you visit a new store, the checkout is alway in the front.
On most sites the Home button is usually the first or top button. If the website is trying to sell you something there is a Product button that may show product by category. Most website have an About Us and Contact on the menu.
Portals (Home Page)Now that you have learned how to save your home page, a portal page allows you to customize it to yourinterests. When you signup with a particular ISP, they will sometimes provide a portal page. Most major search engines also have a customizable page. You can create your own personlize portal page in iGoogle, AT&T Yahoo or Bing. Good Design
